Due to the nature of hair products and for the protection of all customers:

  • Hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Hair cannot be installed, brushed excessively, cut, colored, or chemically treated
  • The original ties, bands, and packaging must remain intact

👉 Any signs of use will void eligibility for return or refund

(This protects both our customers and our brand standards.)

  • Opened or used hair products/extensions

Proof of Purchase
